Getting to your doctor in NY

We don’t want transportation issues to stand in the way of getting the healthcare you need. That’s why we work with Medical Answering Services (MAS) in New York to help you get to your doctor visits.

Scheduling a ride


Medical Answering Services (MAS) provide nonemergency medical transportation services for Anthem Medicaid members in New York. Rides must be scheduled three days in advance. Here’s where to call to schedule your ride:

 

  Bronx, Brooklyn (Kings), Manhattan (New York), Nassau, Putnam, Queens, Staten Island (Richmond), Suffolk, and Westchester counties: Call MAS at 1-844-666-6270.
 

  Delaware, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, and Ulster counties: Call MAS at 1-866-932-7740 (TTY 1-866-288-3133).
