Jet Dental clinics are coming to the North Country! New York State Dental Plan enrollees and covered dependents can receive preventive dental care, including cleanings, exams and X-rays at locations in your area. You must make an appointment to attend.
Any services rendered by Jet Dental are subject to your New York State Dental Plan benefits. If you have questions on what is covered, please contact Anthem Blue Cross at 1-833-821-1949. Jet Dental will bill Anthem directly for covered services.
